Swimming pool structure with off-form reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, formed into an inverted egg-and-dart motif.
Structural design and documentation for the off-form reinforced concrete elements required bespoke structural design and drafting, creating a unique challenge for our experienced engineers.
The design stages resulted in multiple concepts being floated between the engineer and architect, culminating in a structural design that preserves the architectural vision, while making efficient use of available materials and resources.
During construction, Ross Engineers maintained a close working relationship with the project manager and concrete contractors, ensuring the structure was built as per the design, and tackling any on-site challenges swiftly.
The end result, potential set for the next James Bond movie perhaps?
