The structural design and documentation of this boutique multilevel apartment block in the Lower North Shore Sydney suburb of Cremorne proved to be an interesting and challenging project for Ross Engineers. The full concrete structure required excavation for the underground parking facilities which involved the design of large shoring and retaining structures.
